RDF-star first published draft

Dear all,

the RDF-star "task force" [1] of the RDF-DEV Community Group has
released the first published draft of its CG report:

For those of you who haven't heard of RDF-star (also known as RDF*): it
is an extension of RDF, initially proposed by Olaf Hartig [2]. In
RDF-star, triples can be used as nodes in the graph. It makes it
possible to annotate RDF triples with properties of their own (Property
Graph style), or quote triples from another graph, in a more concise way
than good old RDF reification.

RDF-star has gain much popularity recently, and has been implemented in
multiple systems, although in slightly different ways. The efforts of
the task-force aim at providing a stable reference document, in order to
ensure interoperability, and foster more adoption.
