The deadline for our PhD Symposium is right around the corner! Please submit by Feb 16th (this upcoming Tuesday!!!) to take advantage of incredible mentoring and feedback opportunities! We are looking for submissions by students in all stages of their PhD!

  *   Notification of acceptance: Mar 26th, 2021
  *   Revised version to mentor: Apr 9th , 2021
  *   Mentor's feedback on paper: Apr 30th, 2021
  *   Final version: May 14th, 2021
  *   Draft presentation slides to mentor: May 14th , 2021
  *   Mentor's feedback on presentation: May 28th, 2021
  *   Ph.D. Symposium: June 7, 2021
