Call for interest in project and student - 2020

Hi all, 

Are there any professors here who would be interested in me as a PhD student (worldwide)?
Research topics of interest are these:- my project at this link - topics on fundamental and the most abstract aspects of ontology- methodological aspects
(The last two are independent of application and subject matter).
I'm open to PhD options, worldwide.My CV is available on request. Some pubs are here.  
Am authorized to work various locations, and speak two languages.

I'm flexible on the department, but my target locations is necessarily restricted to coastal regions.I also need a department that will accept interdisciplinary background, non-technical/non-engineering diplomas, flexible choice of course requirements.
