No. Those are 2 independant services. The Skosmos deployment is a
client-specific deployment that you cannot use for your own purpose; it was
simply provided as an example of a complete end-to-end system
Excel->SKOS->Web frontend.

Sorry, server have been shaky those days after OS upgrade and https
migration.
It is up again and hopefully now with some cleaning and more memory should
be more stable.
