Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK, looking for new faculty members in Teaching & Research and Teaching & Scholarship: To celebrate our 2021 bicentenary of pioneering research, Heriot-Watt University welcomes applications for Assistant or Associate Professors in Computer Science. We are undertaking a strategic expansion and we are particularly interested in applicants with expertise in the following areas: systems, robotics, data science, and cyber security. In systems, we particularly invite applicants with expertise and a strong publication record in distributed systems, parallel computation, high performance computing, or mobile networks. In data science, we particularly invite applicants with expertise and a strong publication record in (deep) machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, knowledge representation, data integration, or data analytics. In cyber security, we particularly invite applicants with expertise and a strong publication record in systems or network security, or data privacy and security.
