Babel and the confounding of formal sciences on the issues of AI, K and knowledge graphs

As a subscriber to multiple lists of the W3C, my mailbox is being inundated by posts about AI, KR and knowledge graphs, and it is becoming increasingly difficult to (1) reach a consensus on common grounds for discussions of the issues at hand, (2) get all the ideas structured and organized so all of us listers may gain some benefit from these discussions and (3) have the W3C AIKR CG toil in isolation on this very important issue.
Some exposure was supposed to be given at TPAC, and I am certain the issue will gain more ground, but it seems AI-KR is growing way beyond the scope of work and resources of the W3 AIKR CG alone.
Time to create a broader platform for all these issues, and more importantly make resources available to have this platform be able to perform its activities.
