Standards and pratices related to geospatial and full-text search indexing in RDF

I am looking for information about geospatial and full-text search indexing
as part of RDF databases.

Direct link to existing standard or proposal will be very helpful.

If there is no such standard, I will gladly accept a review of existing
triple stores that accept that kind of data.
