[ANN] Sophia v0.3.0: A Rust toolkit for RDF and Linked Data

Dear all,

I just released version 0.3.0 of Sophia, my rust toolkit for RDF and Linked
Data.

It is still in a very early stage, with a lot of missing features, but it
now supports RDF datasets, RDF/XML (parsing only), N-Quads, and basic
querying.
