Ontology matching, machine learning, AI and category theory

I would like to know if anyone can point out body of literature in which ontology matching and machine learning go hand in hand and where artificial intelligence and category theory are both used to generate general and specific categories of ontologies  in fields like life sciences, eHealth and mHealth and in Software as a Medical Device? Milton Ponson
