Re: software to draw RDF graph diagrams

I like yEd (tool) and draw.io (online) for drawing simple diagrams.

Graffoo is a visual specification for ontologies, and can be used in yEd 
by importing a pallette.

For the links in the email, [0] and [2] could be done using yEd and [1] 
looks like it was made in Gephi.
