Right, except that this version of lemon is superseded by OntoLex (
https://www.w3.org/2016/05/ontolex/). So, a better statement would be
:color ontolex:representation "ˈkʌl.ə(ɹ)"@en-fonipa
or, more precisely,
:color ontolex:phoneticRep "ˈkʌl.ə(ɹ)"@en-fonipa
