W3C decentralized stack?

Thanks for the replies to the XAI thread
while I am thinking about the responses
  another question  comes up
(since the list stays open, may as well use it)

We heard of the decentralized web both with the summer summit and TBL
announcement , but
I dont think we have seen the W3C diagram of the decentralized stack,  just
asking, is W3C reviewing the stack in the light of the decentralized web
