We in the biomedical domain, always has a difficulty to search and annotate
data entities with precise ontological concepts and properties.
Thanks to Bioportal, OLS, etc. that search is possible over biomedical
ontologies, but then next question is how relevant are the search results
(in top-k positons) returned by these search portals/applications.
We did a detailed investigation on whether the search results are relevant
(in top-k positons) or not.
Good news is that both Bioportal and OLS return relevant results !!!
