Hi,

i'm performing some tests on a Comma-Separated Values file. In 
particular i'm testing for each row if the string in a specific field is 
a URL. I would like to represent these tests with the Evaluation and 
Reporting Language (https://www.w3.org/TR/EARL10-Schema).  However the 
test subject in EARL must be an instance of TestCriterion, which allows 
to represent foaf Documents, Software or Contents, but not specific 
pieces of contents.

Some suggestion?
