Thanks to Dave Raggett's help, we have created a github area for this
work on making RDF easier to use:
https://github.com/w3c/EasierRDF

I have transferred all of the notes that I collected from the google doc
https://docs.google.com/document/d/12cPE-oi90bd
e1phn0H0_tJQzYAJ7gD1mQl13H0Lo694/edit#
which is now obsolete. I have created corresponding issues on the
issues list:
https://github.com/w3c/EasierRDF/issues
I have also added labels to the issues in order to categorize them,
using the following labels:

big ideas: for major ideas that span multiple issue categories
   tools: for RDF tools
   education: for documentation and education
usage: for issues around RDF usage in practice
language features: for language features of RDF itself
   related standards: for RDF-related standards

These categories might change if we figure out a better way to organize
the topics. Please send suggestions or make pull requests if you have
ideas for better organizing them.

CALL TO ACTION:

Please vote on ~3-5 issues that you think are most important to address
for making RDF easier to use:
https://github.com/w3c/EasierRDF/issues
How to upvote an issue:
https://github.com/MechWarriorOnline/issue-tracker/wiki/How-To-Upvote-An-Issue

Further ideas and suggestions are invited!

Thanks,
David Booth
