Mature RDF libraries exist in very many languages: Python (rdflib), Ruby (RDF.rb), C (Redland Raptor), JavaScript (N3.js), Java (RDF4J), Scala (Banana RDF), Prolog (ClioPatria), C# (dotNetRDF), and many more.
