innovation in health care vocabulary

Hi all. First and foremost, thanks to all of you for the emails sent wrt
vocabs for medical specialties.

I am looking for vocabularies that help me to describe innovation outcomes,
research outcomes (beyond publications), industry research or innovation
related outcomes (products and services). I have not been able to find such
a comprehensive vocabulary. I need to model and annotate the innovation
processes in health care related areas.  For instance, I need to model the
relation between clusters of innovation and healthcare providers; for
health care providers I need to be able to connect those who are payers and
service providers with virtual networks of potential communities suffering
specific conditions. another example, I need to connect groups of people
suffering a specific condition or conditions with researchers who are
working on those conditions and also with health care providers and
industry delivering goods and services related to those conditions.

Any hint? this is i am afraid a case for the semantic web for which I have
not yet been able to find much information (e.g. papers or existing
vocabularies).
