The format of submitted papers should follow the guidelines for the IEEE conference proceedings. All papers will be carefully reviewed by at least two reviewers. Papers should be at most 6 pages; additional up to two pages may be purchased. The proceedings will be published by IEEE CS and uploaded in to the IEEE Xplore Online. Simultaneous submission to other publication venues is not permitted except as highlighted at COMPSAC C1J2 & J1C2 Schemes for Journal Publication page ( https://www.computer.org/web/compsac2017/journal-publication-opportunities). In accordance with IEEE policy, submitted manuscripts will be checked for plaigarism. Instances of alleged misconduct will be handled according to the IEEE Publication Services and Product Board Operations Manual. Special Issue ------------- A sequel is being proposed to the successful ESAS Workshops Series (2006 – 2016) of the COMPSAC conferences. ESAS 2017 involves semantic intelligence and application, especially for semantic agent systems on intelligent e-technology, big data, social networking, e-learning, online education, bio information and e-health systems. The authors of selected papers may be invited to submit an extended version of their papers for possible publication in a special issue of a relevant journal and/or an edited book. Details will be revealed pending conclusion of negotiations.
