Dear All,
Sorry for cross-posting. I am looking for concept mapping tools and UX and wireframe mockup software that will help me create prototypes of general categories of digital dashboards that are semantic web technologies enabled and allow for open interfacing for any use e.g. data acquisition, streams, downloads, collaboration processes etc.
Beyond the general products like CmapTools and UX and Wireframe Mockup software available is there also anything out there that allows for building ontologies for design, prototyping and mockups?

The primary use of the digital dashboards is to provide ONE SEMANTIC TECHNOLOGY ENABLED SINGLE UI in a digital dashboard that enables the user  to access all his necessary daily digital tools from one single app. Milton Ponson
