Participation sought for Semantic web trust, identity, presence, security, privacy, uniqueness ontology pilot

In order to facilitate a trustworthy cyberspace ProvenSecure.com is
proposing an NSTIC <http://www.nist.gov/nstic/>pilot of a next generation
open source decentralized application FreeTrust.org employing the semantic
web to assist users in making more intelligent privacy choices to enable
safer online interactions.  Alternative ontologies for trust factors
including identity, presence, security, privacy and uniqueness will be
crowdsourced and selected using Bayesian and maxent analysis.

We are seeking the following participation :

   1. A semantic web expert to include in the proposal,
   2. Pointers to related efforts,
   3. Groups and organizations interested in participating in the pilot if
   funded,
   4. Letters of interest or intention to participate in any manner if
   funded.

My apologies for the late notice.  The proposal must be finalized by May
25th.   If you may have interest or can point us in the right direction
please respond ASAP.

FreeTrust is an ambitious project with the semantic web being one key
