In the context of the SIFR <http://www.lirmm.fr/sifr/> , IBC
<http://www.ibc-montpellier.fr/> et <http://www.lirmm.fr/numev/> NUMEV
projects, we offer a 1-year postdoc at LIRMM (University of Montpellier &
CNRS), France about the development of an ontology portal for the
plant/agronomy/biodiversity community.
"Experimenting NCBO technologies for the Plant community"
The core of the subject consists in reusing NCBO BioPortal (
<http://bioportal.bioontology.org> http://bioportal.bioontology.org)
technologies for the plant domain in partnership with different
organizations such as IRD, CIRAD, Bioversity International and INRA.
