There may be some minor nits over blank nodes or lists etc. Typical web 2.0 APIs dont initially pass the test, but can be webized to do so. This typically involves adding a namespace to the data. I think JSON LD and hydra may be good tools for this. Going forward, I think the market will continue to choose convenience and utility as the foreground to power. So that means the semantic web will start small but grow to assimilate the more useful systems to become part of the TOII.
