[Apologies for cross posting] CARRE eHealth Project (http://www.carre-project.eu/) Deadline for Applications May 13th 2015. Online application forms and more info can be found at: http://kmi.open.ac.uk/jobs/11203 This project aims to support patients with cardio and renal problems by combining personal monitoring and medical data with personal social media data and generic sources of ground medical knowledge. This data will be used to provide patient treatment management services based on real-time personalised visualisations. We have already set up a platform whereby data from a range of personal activity monitors (e.g. FitBit [1] or MisFit Shine [2]) are downloaded into an RDF store. Any queries about the post can be directed to me.
