Thanks Martynas for these links. Indeed SPARQL CONSTRUCT queries can perform the data translation from ontology A to ontology B. And, being declarative, they are one step better than custom code, but what I'm seeking is tools (preferably point and click tools) to help write these queries given A and B as input.
