Morning to this list,
I "back to food". Then revising some suggestions on this list I found 
the Food Ontology (http://data.lirmm.fr/ontologies/food), which seems 
quite intresting. My goal is to provide to restaurants a way to put 
their menus on the semantic web, then I'm looking for some repositories 
(which preferably uses Food Ontology as vocabulary) where I can find 
some ingredients (instances) to put in the menu recipes and dishes.
