*Call for Papers*

The aim of the 13th International Conference on Machine Learning and
Applications is to bring together researchers working in the areas of
machine learning and applications. Recent emergence for big data processing
particularly brings the urgent need for machine learning to be able to
address the challenges raised from real-time and massive amount of data.
The conference will cover both machine learning theoretical works and its
applications. Contributions describing machine learning (ML) techniques
applied to real-world problems, interdisciplinary research involving
machine learning, experimental and/or theoretical studies yielding new
insights into the design of ML systems, and papers describing development
of new analytical frameworks that advance practical machine learning
methods are especially encouraged.

*PAPER SUBMISSION*

Prospective authors are invited to submit four to six pages manuscript
describing the original works. The manuscript has to be written in English
and
in PDF format. Authors of the accepted papers need to present their papers
at
the workshop and at least one author MUST register for the conference.
