All proposal submissions must be uploaded to the IGI Global Book Online Submission System on or before September 15, 2014. Notifications will be sent by September 30, 2014, and the authors of accepted proposals will be sent chapter guidelines. Full chapters of 3,000 - 5,000 words each, including figures, tables, and charts are expected to be submitted by November 30, 2014. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project. This publication is anticipated to be released in 2015.
