You may be happy to learn that we have developed an extension for Visual Studio (for ORM diagrams written using NORMA) adding reasoning capabilities and export to OWL. There is an alfa preliminary experimental version available from the MS plugin repository <http://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/186cfe15-daeb-4429-bc32-46957a0828b2/file/82418/10/VSORM2Package.vsix>.
