Full Professor ------------------- Job description The candidate’s primary responsibilities include conducting research in one of the field of research done in the ISCOD group, supervising PhD students, acquiring external research funding, teaching and developing new education at the undergraduate and graduate levels in Computer Science, and performing department and university management tasks. Important topics of research include, but are not limited to multi-agent systems, semantic web, information retrieval, trust, security and privacy. Candidates developing strong and hight quality research in one of these fields will be considered. We expect the applicant to actively collaborate with other researchers from academia as well as industry to realise this ambition. Requirements The successful candidate has obtained a PhD and an "Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches" or any equivalent level of qualification in the case of a candidate coming from a foreign university. He or she has proven knowledge and experience in the field, preferably demonstrated through a strong publication record. The candidate is an enthusiastic team player with the ambition to strengthen and expand the research of the ISCOD group. The candidate has experience in providing education at the university level and the ability to obtain research funding through the acquisition of national or international research projects. Conditions of employment This is a full-time, tenure-track position. In accordance with Ecoles des Mines's teacher status (decree no.2077-468 dated 28 March 2007), the candidates will hold an "Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches" or any equivalent level of qualification in the case of a candidate coming from a foreign university.
