Can you point out the link to the 20 page document? Have you done your research on like minded researchers and institutes dealing with distributed and local node centered economies modeling/

It seems that "The Network" should get Time person of the year real soon.

The conclusion seems to be to trust the invisible hand. Or - as I would put it:

It is difficult to find the transition from science to nonsense in this book :-)
