Universal mapping of words to integers

I am looking for the most universal mapping of words with integers.
I think different factors should weight
the decision of positioning of the words in such a list: similitude of them
in different languages, frequency of them, follow up that they have in
sequence, logics that relate things like letters and algarisms and the
proprieties of numbers and words...
Can you help me with this?
Do you find this project interesting and worthy?
I tried publishing a wikipedia page for the purpose of achieving such a
list but the page was deleted. Can you help me?
