Dear Diego, I have been developing a prototypical tool to extensionally compare Linked Data entities during my staying at CNR-IMATI, and I am still working on it on a part time base here at OEG. The tool is based on the extensional Similarity presented in [1] and it is meant to work at the application layer of the crawling architectural pattern described in [2] (see Figure 6.7). Together with my colleagues, I am still deciding the license terms under which we will make available such a tool. By the way, assuming you are going to use it for non commercial research purposes, I think we can find the way to provide you a compiled version of it.
