Semantic Conference website engine

Hello everyone!
I'm organizing local Russian Semantic Web conference and have a small
question: what engines are typically used by semanticwebers for
conference websites? Of course it would be great if the information
was available in RDF.  And of course it would be also good if such an
engine was Open Source.
