Linking data - and not just documents - is one of the core aims and pillars of the Semantic Web. Semantics are now well integrated into various mainstream data services and products, such as Facebook's Open Graph, Google's recipes search, and schema.org which Yahoo!, Microsoft's Bing, and Google have recently launched. This surge of use of Semantic Web standards has the potential of generating limitless semantic networks, rich in meaning and structure. The goal of this track is to focus research on the challenges and opportunities associated with realising and using such wide scale and heterogeneous semantic data networks, that can also encompass real-world data merged with online content.

Topics of interest include but not limited to:
- analysis of semantic networks
- representation of semantic networks
- semantics of hyperlinks
- Linked Data networks
- temporal evolution and management of semantic graphs
- semantic graph analysis algorithms
- semantic social network representation and analysis
- scalability of graph-based algorithms and infrastructures
- integration of online and offline networks with semantics
- semantic object networks
- semantic data from pervasive devices
- semantic sensor networks and the IoT
