Sorry - it was not made clear in the CfP that you do not have to submit 
an abstract in advance in order to submit a paper.

If you want to submit a paper, see 'Submission Guidelines' n the CfP and 
submit by June 12. That deadline is fairly inflexible so that we can 
meet Springer's schedule for publishing the proceedings in LNCS.
