Historical statistics about Linked Data

Hi, Every one.

I'm looking for some historical statistics of Linked Data.

I've found the LOD cloud diagram, but there is no data about the number of
triple.

I want to find the growth of size of Linked Data, e.g. the number of data
source and the number of triples.

Is there any material about this?
