There is a special session on *Semantic Web and Information Retrieval *at the 5th Indian International Conference on Artificial Intelligence (IICAI-11) will be held during December 14-16, 2011 in Tumkur (near Bangalore), India. Please see the website: http://www.iiconference.org/swir.html . We invite draft paper submissions. Deadlines/Schedule: May 1 2011: Paper manuscripts due. June 1 2011: Notification of acceptance. July 1 2011: Camera ready papers and Pre-registration due. December 14-16, 2011: Special Session and the IICAI-11 Conference About the conference: The primary goal of IICAI is to promote research and developmental activities in AI and related fields in India and the rest of the world. Another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between AI researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working in India and abroad.
