Tool to annotate a resume

I see that there is an RDF based ontology for resumes here:
http://rdfs.org/resume-rdf/#sec-external

What tool would I use to suck this in and a resume and easily annotate
it? I'm not concerned at present with doing anything with the
rdf-encoded resumes -- that part can come later.
