You might have a look at http://sourceforge.net/projects/jena/files/Graph%20Versioning%20System%20GVS/. This Graph Versioning System is based on lossless decomposition of graphs so you can use it to version also Graphs with bnode. A meta-Graph contains the information which assertion (rdf molecules) is asserted by whom during which periods.
