The Semantic Web journal first issue is out: http://www.semantic-web-journal.net/issues http://iospress.metapress.com/content/j8748565511j/ and it's actually visible to all - no subscription is necessary. It contains vision statements on various Semantic Web topics and so should hopefully be a perfect source of inspiration for research.
