The easiest thing possible is certainly do these kind of queries

http://sindice.com/search?q=owl%3AsameAs&qv=http%3A%2F%2Fdbpedia.org%2Fresource%2FLondon&qt=ifp

and integrate the results (but there is postprocessing to do on your
side) . While you do open yourself to spam in this way, you can always
blaime us for not filtering it out in case :-)
