Hot on Sandro's heels, here's a similar reminder that POWDER is also in Last Call. From a SW point of view, POWDER (Protocol for Web Description Resources), is about publishing small amounts of data from which a lot of triples can be inferred or created. It addresses the issue of trust in metadata and the cost of its creation (by making it quick and easy).
