Cypher 1.9 released!

Hi All,

I am proud to announce that Cypher
1.9<http://www.monrai.com/downloads/cypher-1.9.zip>is now available
for download. A demo
of 1.9 <http://demo.monrai.com/> is also availible online. To run the demo
web server yourself, you must also download the Cypher Web Services
program<http://monrai.com/downloads/cypher-ws.zip>.
The major enhancement to this release is the implementation of the Metalanguage
Ontology (MLO)<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cypher_transcoder#MetaLanguage_Ontology_.28MLO.29>,
which allows for description of natural language, such as lexical and phrase
grammar knowledge. A number of bugs encountered at program initialization
have also been resolved.
