You said "Every namespace is a context!". Now you're saying (and I  
paraphrase) "every RDF file I fetch from a URI belongs in its own  
context!".  Please make up your mind. It would also help you to define  
what you mean by a "namespace URI", and why you think it is different  
to just saying "URI".
