rdf standards?

Hi,

I'm doing a presentation about RDF and one of the slides is to list
which applications already use RDF and for what. I could come up with a
small list, can you help me build it?

 - web communications:
	- RSS

 - temporary storage / configuration:
	- Firefox
	- Thunderbird
	- OpenOffice
	- more?

 - main data format:
	- which?

 - social networks:
	- which? I would say all of them should... ;)

 - web annotation tools:
	- annotea
	- lots of specialized bookmarklets and toolbars
	- piggy bank
	- more?

 - bio-formats:
	- UniProt (have an RDF version)
	- Gene Ontology (have an RDF version)
	- BioPax (native RDF)
	- SBML (use only for annotation)
