When I was creating the schemas, I was of the mindset that http: URIs were a bad idea, for a number of reasons. I still think the reasons are kind of serious problems (whether to fetch http: URIs like search engines or to get data dumps, among others), but since the Linking Open Data group/movement gained momentum, I'm trying to go with that flow, except I haven't had a chance to update the schemas I use in that data set. (Btw, thanks Richard and Chris for mentioning my two data sets initially.) Eric, hopefully you'll let us know how the talk went? -- - Josh Tauberer http://razor.occams.info "Yields falsehood when preceded by its quotation! Yields falsehood when preceded by its quotation!"
