[apollogies for possible cross-postings] Dear colleague(s), since you have been actively and profoundly participating in the Semantic Web research and practical application of the related technologies, we would like to ask you for an input to our survey on ontology versioning requirements. The survey is a part of research on a "hot" topic of ontology dynamics, conducted within the Knowledge Web EU project [1]. You can start to fill in the survey at the following URL: http://smile.deri.ie/limesurvey/index.php?sid=2 Note that answering the survey questions will not take more than 5-20 minutes, depending on the level of detail you may wish to provide in case of some answers.You are encouraged to distribute this e-mail and/or query link among your colleagues who may be possibly interested, too. The survey is anonymous and its results will serve mainly the following purposes: - analysis of the general expectations related to ontology dynamics among the leading actors in the Semantic Web research and development - extension of a basic ontology versioning tool implementation in line with the expressed requirements Please, feel free to reply on this e-mail with any possible questions or in case of any technical problems with the online survey interface.
