By the way, just recently I did a more complex mapping between two ontologies, AtomRDF and AtomOWL and blogged about it here: http://blogs.sun.com/roller/page/bblfish?entry=naming_disputes_no_more It is not quite complete, but it certainly illustrates just how easy and useful it is to be able to map between two vocabularies.
