Martin Fowler who has written some very useful books on refactoring in Java, points out a new work "Refactoring Databases" [1]. It would be interesting to think about how the work there applies to Semantic Web databases, or what the equivalent in SemWeb databases would be. Can this just be reduced to Guha's lifting information from one context to another?
