I see that you've already added Rena and Samizdat to your list for
Ruby libraries. Another Ruby library you might want to consider is
Semitar (see http://projects.semwebcentral.org/projects/semitar/ and
http://www.daml.org/meetings/2004/05/pi/pdf/InfoEther-Semitar.pdf).
